Most of your questions regarding our services can be answered here. But if you have a question you do not see below, please feel free to shoot us an email with your question and we will be happy to answer it for you!

Q. How much does your service cost?

A. Every event we do is special, To us and to our clients. Every one of our clients has "custom" needs, so it makes our pricing 'custom'. click on the
"start a quote" tab above and begin letting us know your specific needs for your special event!

Q. why should i choose a dj over a live band?

A. throughout our experience, we've found that a dj is more versatile over a live band. a dj typically can play over thousands of songs from the early days to top hits of today. Bands usually keep a smaller range of music. 

 

 

Q. Can i pick and choose my songs?

A. yes! when you choose us to provide music for your event, our consultation meetings will be for that purpose.

Q. if there is a song i do not like, will you play it anyway?

A. Absolutely not! When we sit down in the consultation meeting we hash out which songs you want played and which ones you don't want played.
we cater to our clients needs!

Q. How much time do you need to setup?

A. we typically arrive 1 hour before event time. this allows us to have enough time to see where we are setting up.

Q. Do I pay you in full or is there a payment plan?

a. we ask you as a client to pay 25% upfront as a "booking hold". this allows us to save your day/time for you and only you! remaining balances are typically paid 2 weeks before event day.

Q. is my deposit refundable?

a. unfortunately, it is not. when we book a date on our calendar it means there is nothing else happening on that specific day. if for some reason you have to cancel your event, that date is now unusable for any other person or event. 

*But we do offer rain-checks.

q. how far in advance should i book your dj service?

a. we know you have alot of things going on prior to your wedding or special event. typically for weddings we ask for 3 to 4 months in advance. for other events we ask for 1 to 2 months in advance. we do book up fast at the beginning of every month, so once you know you need a dj, make your move and let us know!

Q. Can you play music for my actual wedding service?

a. yes! this is considered an "add-on" within our dj services. when you start a quote, make sure to specify that you need this added to your package.

Q. Can my guests make special requests?

A. Yes, they can! we are willing to play any song that your guests asks us to play, given that it is an approved song from your "ok to play" list.

*We -do not- give personal shout-outs during wedding receptions.

q. i want to contact you, why don't you have a phone number?

a. Our number is reserved for our booked clients. we do have several other ways you can get in contact with us.
